Schumacher Elevator Company is seeking a reliable and competent individual to join our team as Regional Project Coordinator for our Service and Sales Departments.  The successful candidate will possess initiative, follow-through, strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.

What you need for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree + two years related experience

  • Willingness to learn

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

  • Positive attitude

  • Strong problem-solving skills

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing bids, proposals, and contracts

  • Setting up customers and projects in SAP software system

  • Communicating with prospective and existing customers

  • Preparing reports for customers and internal use

  • Liaising between multiple departments to ensure smooth project flow
