Schumacher's Hydraulic MRL Elevators are ideal when space for a machine room is not available; the power unit and controller are located in the hoistway. Since no jack hole is required for Holeless MRL Elevators, they eliminate the risk of jack corrosion and oil leakage. If travel extends beyond 12’2”, Schumacher utilizes a telescoping jack, which requires an additional 1” in hoistway width.

The standard speed is 100 fpm, but speeds are available up to 150 fpm.
The dimensions above reflect a two–cylinder single–stage holeless hydraulic application. If travel extends beyond 12’2”, Schumacher utilizes a telescoping jack, which requires an additional 1” in hoistway width.
All Schumacher Elevator Company Machine Room-Less (MRL) Elevators meet or exceed all requirements set by the American Society of Mechanical Engineeers (ASME A17.1).
